• Generating and validating mandatory 4-digit OTP security codes at boarding to confirm rider identity.
• Processing PASS wallet package purchases and managing account balance transactions.
• Sending critical SMS notifications regarding trip bookings, time changes, or emergency driver updates.

• Online PASS package purchases are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. Credit card numbers are never stored on AversB servers.
• Direct trip contributions paid to drivers via Cash or Interact e-Transfer are handled directly between members at pickup.

6. Data Retention & Security Architecture

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of member records. Verification documents are encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers with restricted admin access.

7. Your Privacy Rights & Account Controls

• Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information, phone number, and vehicle details anytime in your dashboard.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support.
